Systems Administrator

This position will require you to be in the Greater Cleveland, OH Area
We are presently in a hybrid schedule, 2 days on campus and 3 days WFH

We are looking for a Systems Administrator that has a strong range of experience. You will be responsible for our Azure Administration, monitoring, scripting, server patching in both Windows and Linux environments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to continue to build out and support solutions that have a positive impact across the entire company. Responsibilities:

• Run with our Azure Administration, monitoring, scripting, custom reporting, server patching, Linux and Window support, certificate management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers, have proven scripting experience (Bash or Power Shell), oversee patching compliance, and do some project management.
• Work closely with the Internal IT teams, Security, Compliance, partners in other business units, to design, deliver, and support enterprise tools that provide a frictionless working environment.
• Help automate our systems Automation using Power Shell and Bash in our Windows and Linux environments.

Requirements:

• 5+ yearsu
  2019 experience in an IT Systems Administration related role.
• 3+ yearsu
  2019 experience with Automation Tools u2013 Ansible, AWX, Power Shell.
• Familiarity with Source Control u2013 Git Hub.
• Extensive experience with Power Shell in support of a Windows Environment.
• Experience in the administration of systems monitoring and alerting applications such as Orion, New Relic, Prometheus, etc.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Organized and analytical and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
• Have a continuous improvement mindset and are capable of handling multiple priorities concurrently.
• A problem-solving approach that is empathetic, humble, and customer focused.
