The Applications Analyst supports and optimizes software applications to ensure efficient business operations and user satisfaction. The role focuses on operational support, application customization, and data integration while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance application performance. This hybrid position offers flexibility with work‑from‑home options.

• Provide day‑to‑day support for core business applications, ensuring operational continuity and quick resolution of user issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely support and accountability for application performance.
• Document issues, troubleshoot processes, and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
• Customize and optimize applications to address user requirements and enhance functionality.
• Ensure seamless integration of applications with other systems, supporting workflows across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement system enhancements.
• Maintain data consistency, accuracy, and quality across interconnected systems.
• Support data integration efforts to enable efficient reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision‑making.
• Assist in planning, designing, and implementing new applications and upgrades to existing systems.
• Conduct research into software products and services to evaluate potential solutions.
• Support testing efforts to ensure smooth deployment of software updates and new applications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on application performance, issues, and resolutions.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or 3–5 years of equivalent work experience. Experience in application support, vendor management, and system optimization. Familiarity with legal technology solutions (e.g., Aderant, iManage, Intapp Suite, or similar platforms) is highly desirable.

Salary range: $97,000 – $120,000 per year. Benesch offers a comprehensive benefits package, a discretionary bonus, and full‑time positions eligible for full benefits.
