Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH
. You will build accessible, responsive web applications by creating reusable UI components and ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.0 and ADA standards.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Develop responsive and accessible web applications ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.0 and ADA standards.
• Create reusable UI components using Angular and maintain modular CSS architecture (e.g., BEM methodology).
• Implement and optimize front‑end code with strong HTML semantics, CSS, and advanced JavaScript techniques.
• Collaborate with UX and design teams to align development with design guidelines and user experience best practices.
• Perform unit testing and utilize automated testing tools to ensure code quality and stability.
• Monitor and maintain application performance, debugging issues and ensuring adherence to web standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in front‑end development with strong focus on accessibility and modern frameworks.
• Advanced expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Angular in a corporate environment.
• Proven knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and ADA compliance standards, along with experience creating reusable UI components and modular CSS architecture.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour.
