• Lead implementation and configuration of Service Now Operational Technology Management (OTM) modules including OTV, OTVR, OTAM, and OTSM to support client OT cybersecurity programs
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into scalable Service Now OTM reference architectures aligned with client goals
• Apply deep understanding of OT asset and vulnerability management practices to design and optimize Service Now workflows and data models
• Integrate Service Now OTM with external systems and applications to enrich datasets and streamline cybersecurity operations
• Collaborate with governance and OT teams to ensure alignment with industry standards such as IEC 62443 and NERC CIP
• Support client engagements through technical delivery, documentation, and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG s respectful and courteous work environment

• Minimum three years of recent experience in OT cybersecurity consulting, with hands-on expertise in Service Now OTM modules and industrial cybersecurity frameworks
• Bachelor s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA systems, industrial protocols, and OT asset management practices
• Experience designing and implementing Service Now integrations with external tools such as SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, and CMDBs
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into Service Now architecture and workflows
• Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards including IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and NIST CSF
• Ability to travel as required
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
