Our Fortune 500 client is looking for an experienced Lead Data Governance Analyst with strong SQL/Postgre

SQL to assist with Data Stewardship efforts. Experience with Data Flux or Alreryx, and knowledge of ITSM and Product Catalogs like Helix and Flexera is also wanted. Open to fully remote following an ET schedule within the contiguous United States.

Essential

Skills:

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft SQL and/or PostgreSQL
• Proficient with self-service data analytics/observability tools, such as Alteryx, Data Flux, Ataccama
• Strong documentation skills
• Data Governance knowledge, including Data Literacy, Data Standards, Data Quality Management, Mitigating data and access risks, etc.
• Working knowledge of a Service Management and Product Catalog (ideally Helix and Flexera) for managing Hardware, Software and other Service Management Products
• Soft skills:
  
  customer service skills, collaborative, quick learner, ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, ability to follow documented processes
• Proficient with Microsoft apps like Word and Excel

Plusses:

• Knowledge and understanding of Service Management processes and the data involved
• Knowledge and understanding of both Hardware and Software Management processes and the data involved
• Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concept and how to manage related resources
• Proficient with Business Analytics tools, such as Tableau, Power
  
  BI, Snowflake
• Knowledge of Helix and Flexera tools in support of Software Asset Management Catalog Manager tasks
• Familiar with working Service Request queues and accomplishing related tasks
