Job Summary:

Yardi is a pioneer in the property tech industry, dedicated to creating impactful real estate software products. They are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to test and validate software features, ensuring adherence to user requirements and quality standards while collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, including automated scripts, to validate software functionality

• Analyze test results, recommend corrective actions, and improve testing strategies

• Collaborate with development engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Maintain clear documentation of test results, defects, and system behavior.

• Ensure quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing

• Track, document, and verify resolution of software issues using our internal CRM system.

• Prepare detailed technical reports with the information needed for development to resolve problems.

• Follows established quality assurance procedures, contributes to their continual improvement, and analyzes test failures to revise or debug programs and procedures as needed.

• Documents and maintains QA metrics, contributes to quality assurance documentation, and may prepare release materials for both internal and external use.

• Continually builds knowledge of the tools, processes, and resources used to support quality assurance work.

• Participate in team meetings and support special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Engineering Sciences, Math, or related discipline, or equivalent experience

• Two (2) to five (5) years of software domain(s) experience and/or quality assurance experience with working knowledge of quality testing tools and systems

Preferred:

• Knowledge of SQL administration

• Experience with property management industry
