We’re seeking an IT Security Program Analyst to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the organization's digital assets and information systems. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security programs to protect operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The IT Security Program Analyst will work collaboratively across departments to identify vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
This position is in-person with a hybrid possibility.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT security or related fields, with progressive responsibilities in security management roles. A Bachelor’s degree plus one year of experience may substitute for some experience.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other relevant security certifications are preferred.
- Proficiency in security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory compliance such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and industry-specific regulations.
- Experience in risk management practices including risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Project management skills, including planning, executing, and managing security projects and initiatives.
