    • Develop and maintain strategic plans detailing how Parker content surfaces in SERPs, LLM‑driven assistants, and AI answer engines via structured data and conversational content.
    • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for SEO, AEO, and GEO; establish standards for content quality and premier CX on Parker websites.
    • Manage the compliance guidance and recommendations across Parker websites through implementation and maintenance of a consent management platform.
  • Technical & On‑Page Optimization
    • Implement and refine schema markup, entity‑based SEO, and structured data to increase visibility in AI‑powered interfaces and rich results.
    • Drive site audits and improvements (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, Apdex score, internal linking, canonicalization, sitemaps, robots directives, hreflang).
    • Design intent‑driven content experiences that surface in featured snippets, AI‑generated summaries, and conversational search results.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Content, UX, Product, Engineering, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure experiences are optimized for traditional and AI search ecosystems.
    • Translate business needs into technical requirements; coordinate implementation with web and development teams.
  • Performance Management & Reporting
    • Manage, monitor, and improve website performance; build dashboards and recurring reports across SEO/AEO/GEO.
    • Analyze results and convert insights into actionable recommendations for product and content teams.
    • Educate stakeholders on emerging search behaviors and the impact of generative AI; proactively evolve strategies.
Required Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and the role of AI/LLMs in search ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with analytics and diagnostic tools (Google Search Console, Conductor, GA4, crawling tools).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate complex concepts into clear business strategies.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation; comfort with dashboards and BI tools.
