• Provides release management/ change management migration support services and testing support for AIS sustainment projects involving technical components.
• Ensure that the organization's strategic plan, mission, and values are integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.
• Maintains change management providing status of accounting and reporting for all application configuration items.
• Implements standard methods and procedures for release management/job scheduling functions.
• Ensures release management/job scheduling standards are in compliance with established directives and instructions.

To qualify for an IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS/APPSW), your qualifications must include:

• One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS‑12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS‑11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector.
  
  Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time‑in‑grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time‑after‑competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut‑off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
• Designs, develops, implements, and maintains procedures across the Enterprise to establish an audit trail for traceability.
• Coordinates and implements all release management/job scheduling activities throughout a defect's life cycle.
• Participates in the maintenance for the accountability of Configuration items with baselines and releases consistent with policies and procedures.
