- Should have min 3 years experience working as Testing lead in a large scale project.
- Should have experience in working with team structure in onshore/offshore model.
- Should have work experience in detailed status reporting and leading the Defect management calls.
- Should have experience with Agile
- Experience with Jira and dashboard creation for test tracking Nice to have working experience with Empower
- Knowledge of Home Equity and Mortgage in banking
