Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise in Calypso to support Back Office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets and experience bridging the gap between business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Calypso systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes and system enhancements.

Provide recommendations to improve processes and optimize system functionality.

Support implementation efforts, ensuring Calypso solutions align with business goals.

Perform testing and validation to confirm accuracy and effectiveness of changes.

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive project success.

Troubleshoot system issues and monitor performance to ensure operational stability.

Develop training materials and support end‑user onboarding and adoption.

Lead requirement‑gathering sessions, workshops, and project update meetings.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, compliance requirements, and internal controls.

Prepare comprehensive documentation to support project tracking and decision‑making.

Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives using Calypso functionality.

Align deliverables with the organization’s financial operations strategy and customer experience goals.
