We are looking for an experienced Informatica Cloud Administrator with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Salesforce integration. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on administration experience, manage cloud integrations, and support seamless data movement between Informatica Cloud and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain Informatica Cloud (IICS) environments.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot integration workflows.
- Manage and support Salesforce integrations using Informatica Cloud.
- Ensure smooth data synchronization between Salesforce and other applications.
- Handle user administration, security, access management, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and provide production support.
- Work with business and technical teams to implement integration requirements.
- 6+ years of IT experience with strong Informatica Cloud Administration expertise.
- Hands‑on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Strong experience with Salesforce and integrating with Salesforce.
- Experience in cloud integration monitoring, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of data integration, mappings, and cloud connectivity.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of cloud data management and ETL processes.
