We are seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant with hands-on experience implementing SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have participated in at least one end-to-end SAP Public Cloud implementation, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
The consultant should possess strong expertise in SAP QM with a good functional understanding of SAP Production Planning (PP) and SAP Materials Management (MM), enabling seamless integration across manufacturing and quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP QM functional activities during SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud implementation projects. - Conduct workshops with business users to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend SAP Public Cloud best practices.
- Configure SAP QM according to business requirements.
- Design and configure:
- Quality Inspection Planning
- Inspection Lots
- Inspection Types
- Quality Notifications
- Quality Certificates
- Usage Decisions
- Quality Control Processes
- Collaborate with PP and MM consultants to ensure end-to-end process integration.
- Prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements and integrations.
- Work closely with technical teams during development and testing.
- Execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Support Cutover planning, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support.
- Provide business process recommendations aligned with SAP Best Practices for Public Cloud.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
- Minimum 1+ year of SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud implementation experience. - At least one complete end-to-end SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud implementation. - Strong hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Good understanding of SAP Production Planning (PP).
- Good understanding of SAP Materials Management (MM).
- Experience in:
- Requirement Gathering
- Fit-to-Standard Workshops
- Business Process Design
- Configuration
- Testing
- Data Validation
- Cutover
- Go-Live
- Hypercare
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile or SAP Activate methodology.
