** Project Manager Overview We  are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project Manager to support a portfolio of data and analytics initiatives. This individual will manage multiple concurrent projects, facilitate Agile delivery practices, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure priorities are tracked and communicated effectively.

The ideal candidate is a strong Agile practitioner who can balance project management fundamentals with Scrum Master responsibilities while driving execution across a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day project management activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Coordinate priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across technical and business stakeholders.
* Maintain project plans, status reporting, documentation, and team communications.
* Track resource utilization, project progress, and upcoming work.
* Partner with technical teams including data engineers, analysts, QA resources, and business stakeholders.
* Create and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and knowledge repositories.
* Ensure teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
* Identify obstacles and proactively drive issue resolution.
* Support continuous improvement of Agile practices and team processes.

Required Qualifications
* 4+ years of Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery experience.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
* Experience tracking project status, risks, dependencies, and resource assignments.
* Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
* Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar project management tools.
* Ability to work independently and quickly establish credibility with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, CAPM, or PMP certification.
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience supporting data, analytics, business intelligence, or reporting initiatives.
* Familiarity with platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle, or similar technologies.
* Experience working within enterprise environments and cross-functional delivery teams.
