Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP MM + QM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud.
The candidate should have experience in procurement, inventory management, quality management, and end-to-end business process configuration in a public cloud environment.
The ideal candidate should understand SAP Public Cloud configuration using SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC), SAP Fiori applications, and standard SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud Materials Management (MM) processes, including procurement, purchasing, goods receipt, goods issue, and inventory management.
Implement and support SAP Quality Management (QM) processes, including quality planning, inspection lots, inspection plans, quality notifications, and usage decisions.
Configure and support quality inspection processes for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods, as applicable to the solution scope.
Integrate SAP MM and QM processes for procurement, supplier quality management, material inspection, and inventory postings.
Work with SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) and SAP Fiori applications to configure and manage business processes.
Use SAP best-practice business process scenarios and standard configuration options in the Public Cloud environment.
Support purchasing documents, supplier master data, material master data, purchasing info records, and relevant quality master data.
Integrate MM and QM with SAP Production Planning (PP), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Finance (FI), as required.
Support fit-to-standard workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and business process validation.
Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements where applicable.
Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with cloud releases and regression testing.
Follow SAP Public Cloud extensibility principles, including key-user extensibility and approved side-by-side extensions where required.
Required Skills Strong experience in SAP S/4
HANA Public Cloud implementation or support.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP MM procurement and inventory management processes.
Experience with SAP QM configuration and quality inspection processes in the Public Cloud solution.
Understanding of MM-QM integration, supplier quality, goods receipt inspection, and inspection stock management.
Experience with SAP Fiori applications, CBC, and fit-to-standard methodology.
Knowledge of SAP Public Cloud configuration constraints and standard business process adoption.
Experience in functional documentation, testing, defect management, and stakeholder communication.
