** Life Claims Support Professional
** to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for the adjudication of
** l
* * ife, terminal illness, long-term care, and waiver of premium claims, ensuring an efficient and accurate claims process.
** Your Impact:
*** Apply knowledge of various insurance carriers’ standards and guidelines when processing claims.
* Print, prepare, and send requests for claims forms, medical records, and other correspondence.
* Accurately enter new claims into the claims database.
* Monitor the progress of open claims, performing timely follow-ups on outstanding documents.
* Carefully review documents to confirm completeness and distinguish between original and copy submissions.
* Research and resolve return mail issues promptly. Navigate and work efficiently across multiple computer system
** Successful Candidates Will Have:
*** High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Basic understanding of life insurance concepts.
* Proficiency with email (Outlook), database research, and accurate data entry/keyboard skills.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet competing deadlines effectively.
