Senior Product Filing & Compliance Analyst – Property & Casualty Insurance

The Opportunity

James Search Group is proud to partner with a leading Property & Casualty insurance carrier in the search for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst based in Cleveland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced filings professional to join a high-performing Product & Compliance team. You'll play a key role in ensuring state regulatory compliance and supporting the successful execution of product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research filing requirements and develop state-specific filing strategies.
• Prepare and submit rate, rule, and form filings via SERFF and Florida IRFS, and respond to objection letters.
• Communicate revisions clearly to Underwriting and QA teams.
• Interpret new insurance laws, regulations, and bulletins and assess product impact.
• Maintain compliance for current programs and support new product rollouts, including development of policy forms and manuals.
• Monitor ISO, AAIS, NCCI, and independent bureau circulars for changes impacting assigned lines.
• Participate in market conduct exams and underwriting audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Underwriting and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory filings within a P&C insurance carrier.
• Proficiency in SERFF and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of policy form construction and filing processes.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Base salary: $65,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience
