OverviewAmundsen Davis seeks a Litigation Associate to join its Cleveland office. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice law in Ohio and has at least five years of experience in civil litigation. A background in transportation law, insurance defense, and/or workers compensation is preferred. Strong communication skills, solid analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work well on a team are also required.
You will represent clients in all aspects of litigation.
- Draft pleadings and other litigation documents.
- Draft and respond to written discovery.
- Conduct depositions.
- Maintain client communications.
- Prepare case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action.
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
- Minimum five years of civil litigation experience.
- Background in transportation law, insurance defense, and/or workers compensation preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to well in a team.
- Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented.
