Amundsen Davis seeks a Litigation Associate to join its Cleveland office. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice law in Ohio and has at least five years of experience in civil litigation. A background in transportation law, insurance defense, and/or workers compensation is preferred. Strong communication skills, solid analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work well on a team are also required.

You will represent clients in all aspects of litigation.

• Draft pleadings and other litigation documents.
• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Conduct depositions.
• Maintain client communications.
• Prepare case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action.

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
• Minimum five years of civil litigation experience.
• Background in transportation law, insurance defense, and/or workers compensation preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to well in a team.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented.
