Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a trademark and copyright Associate in Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus, OH;
Chicago, IL;
Boston, MA;
Detroit, MI;
Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, PA;
Tampa, FL; and Lexington and Louisville, KY. Qualified candidates will have two to six years of experience in trademarks and copyrights clearance, prosecution and transactional work, with trademark and copyright litigation and IP agreement experience a bonus. A technical background is not required. IP litigation experience will be considered. All candidates should be licensed to practice in their state of practice, have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
