Starting Salary: $95,000+ annually, commensurate with experience

LPA, a respected mid-sized defense firm with a strong statewide presence, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join our Cleveland office. We offer a dynamic environment, meaningful casework, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative team of experienced trial lawyers.
Responsibilities- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
- Manage complex discovery and case strategy
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and proceedings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation
- Prepare legal reports and correspondence
- 3–5 years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active Ohio Bar License
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage cases independently
- Professional, proactive, and ethical work style
- Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software
- Competitive starting salary of $95,000+
