Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with over three years of experience in estate planning to join its Trusts and Estates Practice Group in Cleveland, Ohio. The successful candidate will work with families, individuals, and corporate clients on estate administration, succession planning, and charitable giving matters.

• Advise clients on income, estate, gift, GST, and other tax laws.
• Develop estate and wealth planning strategies, including document preparation.
• Draft premarital agreements.
• Conduct research and analysis of complex state and federal tax law issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both in writing and verbally.

• Ohio law license required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in estate planning.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the Ohio State Bar.

• Strong analytical and research skills.
