Our client is a full‑service business law firm with 10 locations in major metros and over 400 attorneys. They provide a wide range of corporate litigation services, including product liability, securities, real estate, white‑collar defense, immigration, privacy & cyber security, labor & employment, tax, restructuring, blockchain, AI, and many other business litigation matters.
CompensationSalary: $100,000 – $200,000 per year.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bankruptcy Attorney on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney passionate about creditors' rights to make a significant impact in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
Responsibilities- Represent secured and unsecured creditors, committees, trustees, debtors, and other parties in bankruptcy proceedings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of bankruptcy‑related documents, including motions, objections, proofs of claim, and plans of reorganization.
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding all aspects of bankruptcy law, including rights, obligations, and potential liabilities of creditors.
- Monitor developments in bankruptcy law and inform clients of potential impacts on their rights and interests.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop effective strategies for protecting clients' interests.
- Participate in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals, as necessary.
- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed memoranda on bankruptcy‑related issues.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting strict deadlines.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 3–6 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law, with a strong emphasis on creditors' rights.
- Extensive knowledge of federal bankruptcy law and procedure, as well as related state laws.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex legal problems.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
