Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate - Financial Services located in Cleveland, Ohio to join a great firm with a growing commercial litigation practice group. This role will offer litigation work in financial services, securities and complex financial transactions. Hybrid work schedule offered along with an inclusive and mentorship focused environment.

• Manage cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation.
• Perform day-to-day case management tasks and develop strategic case management processes.
• Attend depositions, settlement conferences, and other hearings.
• Prepare motions, discovery responses, and client reports.
• Assist in trial preparation, including strategy development, discovery, records review, client interviews, and witness preparation.

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with preference for experience in bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions.
• Possess superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication.
• Must hold an Ohio law license.
