Attorney - Entry Level

Growing Tech Company in the Westside of Greater Cleveland has a need for a Staff Attorney. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package.

Will consider someone with 0-2 years out of law school who has passed the bar exam.

• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues
• Assist with corporate governance and compliance matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management
• Handle any other legal tasks and projects as assigned by senior attorneys

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in [state]
• 0-2 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in legal research and writing
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the industry is a plus
