Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Cleveland, OH, for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will handle legal cases with a focus on Domestic Relations law and criminal defense, provide sound legal advice, conduct thorough research, draft documents, and represent clients in various negotiations and proceedings. The role requires active collaboration with the firm’s team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Domestic Relations law
• Ability to provide expert Legal Advice and conduct extensive Research
• Strong Negotiation skills and interpersonal communication abilities
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active state bar membership
• Experience in criminal defense and case preparation preferred
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Commitment to client advocacy and ethical legal practices
