Litigation Paralegal, Personal Injury

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join our Personal Injury team in Cleveland. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for client service. • Provide comprehensive litigation support for personal injury cases from intake through trial.
• Draft, file, and manage legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Organize, review, and summarize medical records and other case-related documents.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness files, and trial binders.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Conduct factual and legal research as needed.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner.

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury litigation.
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules, and filing procedures in Ohio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with case management software is a plus.
