Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Tax Senior Manager to lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting for our privately held business clients, including private equity and joint ventures. This role involves managing client relationships, leading engagement teams, and contributing to practice growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client engagements, ensuring satisfaction and efficiency.
- Manage and mentor engagement teams.
- Provide innovative tax planning and compliance advice.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Support firm-wide projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- CPA or JD required.
- 5-10 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in Private Client Services taxation.
- Knowledge of C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and tax research.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Buffalo, NY;
Cleveland, Akron, or Youngstown, OH;
Pittsburgh, PA;

CompensationEstimated salary range: $110,000 - $210,000, based on experience and qualifications.
