As a Vistage Chair
, you’ll facilitate monthly peer group meetings and provide one-on-one coaching to CEOs, business owners and key executives. You’ll help them navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and grow—personally and professionally.

• 10+ years of senior executive or business ownership experience
• P&L responsibility of $5M+
• Current or former CEOs, Presidents, Senior Executives, or Executive Coaches
• Business or executive coaching experience (a plus)
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others

• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and genuine curiosity
• Executive presence and professional maturity
• Exceptional relationship builder and networker
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to build your own business
