- Seeking experienced Project Executive in design/build construction industry
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
- 10-15 years direct experience in industrial construction
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
- Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
- Must have experience with multi-million dollar projects
Salary Range: $120-150K
