• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (BA/BS).
• At least 1 year of leadership and management experience.
• Experience in car/truck rental preferred, along with human resources, training, customer service, and operations.
• Working knowledge of P&L.
• Strong decision-making and independent judgment skills.
• Excellent analytical, math, and organizational skills.
• Effective management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, BART & O2.
• Willingness to travel.
