We are hiring a Field Safety Manager to support safe operations across our environmental, industrial services, and transportation divisions. This high‑impact, boots‑on‑the‑ground role focuses on field coaching, regulatory compliance, and building a strong safety culture.

• Lead safety compliance for a designated division (OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, EPA).
• Conduct job site safety audits, environmental hazard assessments, and field inspections.
• Deliver safety training: new hire orientation, confined space, fall protection, hazcom, defensive driving.
• Support incident response, root‑cause investigations, and corrective action follow‑through.
• Partner with operations, field crews, and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices.
• Maintain safety documentation, digital reporting, and contractor compliance (ISNetworld, Avetta).
• Provide cross‑division support during high‑risk or large‑scale projects.

• Valid driver’s license.
• AS/BS in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of field safety experience in environmental, industrial services, construction, transportation, or similar.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, EPA.
• OSHA 30, CHST, STS, OSHA 510/511/500/501 helpful.
• HAZWOPER and RCRA familiarity a plus.
• Strong communication, hazard recognition, and field coaching skills.
• Ability to travel regularly (including occasional overnight stays).
