Operations Manager

Brighton Solutions is partnering with a high-performing commercial services organization to identify an
Operations Manager who will play a critical role in leading day-to-day operations and driving long-term operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced production environments and enjoys building strong teams, efficient processes, and scalable systems. As Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of facility operations, including production, logistics, maintenance, safety, and people leadership. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement operational strategy, improve performance, and support initiatives that span both short- and long-term horizons.

li>Lead and support supervisors and hourly staff
• Oversee daily production, workflow, and logistics
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate maintenance and equipment care
• Support hiring, training, and performance management
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement

• 3–5+ years of supervisory or plant leadership experience
• Background in production, laundry, manufacturing, or similar operations
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• High school diploma or associate degree preferred

• Estimated base salary: $55,000–$70,000
• Paid overtime available
• Full-time, on-site leadership role
• Some variable work hours, including weekends
