Regional Property Manager
Real Estate development and property management company is seeking a Regional Property Manager to join the Team. This role focuses on maximizing asset profitability within a defined market area through creative marketing strategies, developing effective on‑site teams, and implementing quality control procedures. The manager collaborates with the executive team to set property goals, conduct market studies, create budgets, and determine pricing strategies.
Responsibilities- Achieve the highest possible portfolio net operating income through implementation of effective cost‑control and revenue‑improvement programs.
- Develop leasing and marketing plans.
- Accurately prepare and convey all operational data to the executive team in a timely manner.
- Identify and implement creative programs to increase property value, including national or regional marketing programs.
- Approve each property’s pricing strategy with the owner and supervisor; develop appropriate rent renewal, sales, and marketing plans to maximize rental income.
- Help determine the long‑term viability of each asset by actively participating in property asset plans.
- Develop a high‑quality on‑site team through effective recruitment, training, motivation, and coaching programs.
- Ensure all physical aspects of the property are fully functional, safe, and attractive; schedule maintenance and keep units ready for occupancy.
- Recommend and implement additional strategies to enhance operations.
- Perform other duties or manage additional properties as needed.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Regional Property Manager.
- Experience with lease‑ups, acquisitions, due diligence, and distressed property management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; proven ability to lead at the regional, company, or industry level.
This position is exempt from overtime and may require working beyond a typical 40‑hour week. Regular attendance, active participation in regional company functions, and some travel are required.
