• Drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations.
• Travel across the US (and abroad if interested) to lead software installations and ensure the success of new Epic community members.
• Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end‑user training, and provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with our software.
• Exercise autonomy in decision‑making while receiving full support and guidance from Epic leadership.

• Experience in project management or related role (no specific software experience required).
• Undergraduate degree (any major) or equivalent experience.
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, typically 1‑2 trips per month lasting 2‑4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Reimbursed relocation to the Madison, WI area.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
