Key responsibilities include:

• Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
• Financial oversight of program.

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field with FOUR years of I?
  
  O Waiver experience (degree can be waived for 8 years of experience in I/O Waiver Services).
• A minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent decision‑making, time management, and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License that meets Company Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Full personal automobile insurance coverage.
