A Quality Facility Services is looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead daily operations, support a strong team, and ensure top-quality service for our clients. If you’re a hands-on leader who loves helping teams succeed, this role is for you.

• Lead and support your team during daily operations

• Train, coach, and motivate staff

• Help with cleaning tasks as needed

• Run daily huddles & weekly check-ins with Area Manager

• Handle customer questions & resolve issues professionally

• Do quality inspections and final walk-throughs

• Manage inventory, supplies, and stock levels

• Maintain a clean, organized, professional worksite

• Identify team members ready for more responsibility

• Monitor labor hours and stay within budget

• Improve processes to boost efficiency

• Communicate updates clearly and consistently

• Take ownership of results and client satisfaction

• Reliable transportation & clean driving record

• Strong communication, organization & leadership skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Stable work history

• Experience with inventory & labor budgets

• Staff development skills (coaching, training, motivating)

• Bilingual a plus
