Coordinate subcontractors and specialty vendors, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire and life safety, landscaping, and snow removal.
Oversee safety procedures, compliance documentation, employee training, and client-specific requirements.
Monitor labor hours, materials, expenses, and job profitability to ensure contracts meet financial expectations.
Support estimating, proposals, and contract reviews by evaluating labor requirements, production rates, and project costs.
Review timesheets, overtime, purchasing, and invoicing accuracy.
Manage emergency service coordination and serve as an escalation point for urgent operational issues.
Partner directly with company leadership to identify operational improvements, growth opportunities, and long-term staffing needs.
Build and develop additional supervisory leadership as the organization continues to scale.
