• $65k-$75k
• 160 hours of PTO annually
• Available after 30 days of employment

• Proven experience managing revenue cycle, billing, or shared services teams
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Expertise in process optimization, workflow management, and KPI tracking
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Attention to detail with a focus on compliance, quality assurance, and process consistency

• Experience working with domestic and international support teams
• Knowledge of billing software, revenue management systems, or healthcare ERP platforms
• Prior experience presenting to executive leadership and managing client communications
• Familiarity with global operational standards and cross-cultural collaboration

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field;
  Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in revenue cycle management, billing, or healthcare operations
• Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives and KPI-driven environments

• Ability to support team development and succession planning
• Flexibility to work across time zones supporting global operations
• Proven capability to lead change and implement best practices in a compliance-driven industry
