WhatYou’ll Do
- Inspecting in-process and finished goods on the production floor
- Performing basic product tests and documenting results accurately
- Completing quality records and reports, including nonconformance documentation
- Assisting with audits and supporting production teams as needed
- Communicating quality concerns to supervisors and helping train operators once you’re fully trained
- Other duties as assigned
- Six months to one year of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Flexibility and a positive, team‑focused attitude
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Experience with EtQ or manufacturing specifications is a plus
- Starting pay: $19/hr.
- Stable 12‑hour shifts — Day or Night shift positions available
