Assembler 1st Shift – Assembly Operator (Cleveland, OH)

Local part‑time production role at Regal Rexnord Cleveland. The Assembly Operator will manually assemble parts according to company specifications while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area.

• Build assemblies to meet specification and due‑date requirements, following ISO 9001 regulations.
• Receive and document component parts (e.g., screws, stem covers, housing tubes, actuator tubes, boots).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED.
• Experience:
  
  Entry‑level.
• Skills:
  
  Interpret verbal and written directions; work collaboratively in a team; basic math proficiency.
• Technological:
  Read and interpret blueprints; operate basic measuring devices (tape, micrometer, caliper); operate power shop equipment.
• Preferred:
  Prior mechanical assembly experience.

• Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; stand 100% of the shift.
• Vision: close, distance, and peripheral vision required.
• Work environment includes moving mechanical parts; noise level generally minimal to moderate.
