The Press Operator is responsible for managing a manual stamping press used for manufacturing metal bakeware. He/She ensures production is being maintained safely, accurately, and quickly.

• Feed bakeware onto a conveyor belt, labeling or adding additional components to bakeware as part of the production process.
• Serve as quality control and visually inspect all finished product before packing.
• Alert production supervisors of any manufacturing defects immediately.
• Collect, count, and pack products in preparation for shipping.
• Prepare bakeware for shipping by taping boxes and stacking cartons onto skids.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures to meet manufacturing specifications.
• Work together as a team with others on the line to maintain production.
• Utilize personal protective equipment at all times to ensure safety.
• Reliable and punctual in reporting for work as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred; not required

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
• Continuous sitting, bending, pushing/pulling
• Dexterity and the ability to use hands and fingers to assemble
