• Operate across different production lines and processes based on daily needs
• Deliver training and coaching to team members on standard work and best practices
• Support equipment setup and adjustments to meet production goals
• Troubleshoot minor issues and Escalate when needed
• Perform quality checks and help maintain product standards
• Identify and suggest improvements to processes, tools, or workflows
• Record production data and contribute to problem‑solving activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and help others do the same

• Reliable, adaptable, and takes pride in doing a job well
• Experience working with tools and equipment in a production environment
• Confidence moving between tasks and supporting different teams
• Strong communicator and comfortable training others
• Proactive—spotting issues early and helping resolve them
• Consistent attendance (lower attendance points threshold)

• Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• May be required to lift up to 25 lbs and wear PPE
• Shift work may be required, including early mornings or evenings depending on production needs
