Mailing Equipment Operator – Entry Level to Experienced

We are a full-scale digital and print marketing solutions manufacturer looking to grow our Mailing Department team
. Whether you’re just starting out or bring years of experience, this is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values quality, growth, and teamwork.

• Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on a variety of mailing equipment, including:
  • Master Mailer, Ad-Jet, Flow Master, Pinnacle
  • Wave Jet/Inkjet, Screen Press, IBIS, Tabber
• Monitor jobs for accuracy, quality, and efficiency
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and keep operations running smoothly
• Work collaboratively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment

• Experience operating mailing equipment (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
• Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset
• Reliable, team-focused, and ready to work in a production setting
