Injection Molding Operator - $12/hr Start

Immediate Opening:
Manufacturing Role with Guaranteed Raise!

• Starting Pay:
  Begin at $12.00 per hour.
• Guaranteed Raise:
  Earn a $1.00 raise (to $13.00/hr) after 500 hours!
• Work/Life Balance:
  Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.)
• Benefits:
  Earn PTO and receive annual performance bonuses, along with paid lunch breaks.

• Operating 1-2 injection molding machines.
• Performing secondary operations.
• Ensuring quality control.

• Machine Operation:
  Must operate 1 or 2 injection molding machines simultaneously.
• Secondary Operations:
  Operate additional equipment (e.g., drill press) for secondary tasks.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Safety:
  Mandatory continuous wear of PPE (safety glasses, gloves).
• Logistics:
  Requires personal transportation and tolerance for hot and cold weather conditions.
• Language:
  Must be able to speak, write and read English.
• Attendance:
  Expected to show up daily with only a 5-minute grace period allowed.
