CNC Machinist

Location: Cleveland, OH

Employment Type: Fulltime

Shift: 1st shift- 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay: 25-35hr Based On Experience

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines)
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files
• Load programs, set tooling, and perform machine offsets
• Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and tolerances are met
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Adjust machine parameters to optimize efficiency and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and quality teams

• High school diploma or GED (technical certification preferred)
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and G-code
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
  
  Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with specific machines:
  Haas, Mazak, Fanuc, Okuma, etc.
• Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)
• Multi-axis machining experience
• Tooling and fixture setup experience

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to XX lbs
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
