Competitive starting pay range $20-$22.50/hr, eligible $1.00 increase at 1 year, quarterly production bonus $200-$500, and full benefits from day one!!!

1st shift 4:30 am to 1pm or 5:00 am to 1:00 pm
2nd Shift 4pm to 12:30 am ($1.50 shift differential after completing training on 1st shift 6 to 8 weeks.)
Overtime available

Progress Rail Machine Operators work with heavy machinery producing railroad track components. They maintain equipment to ensure it operates safely and effectively. Duties include preparing machinery for daily use, inspecting machinery for safety issues, and producing quality full track panels, turnouts and crossings, as well as building other rail components to customer specifications.

• HS diploma or equivalent
• CNC multi-axis training and experience preferred

• Minimum 3 to 12 months CNC multi-axis machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to read and write legibly and complete production reports with accuracy
• Must be able to read and use tape measure
• Strong attention to detail with ability to inspect rail using measuring devices
• Must be quality oriented and a team player
• Must have complete understanding of safe work practices
