Shift Information
  • Shipping Department Second Shift (3 PM‑11 PM) and Production Workers Day Shift (5 AM‑10 PM) Positions. While our day shift role has standard hours of 5 AM to 10 PM, candidates must be available to work afternoon or night shifts as needed to support business demands. Flexibility is essential to ensure coverage and maintain operational excellence.

We offer competitive pay starting at $20/hour.

  • Opportunity to earn quarterly attendance bonuses up to $1,250/year.

Responsibilities

Our Production Associates are responsible for helping process steel specific to our customer needs in order for them to make a product. Duties include a wide variety of tasks, from material handling, crane operation, forklift operation, problem solving, quality control, and other duties to assist with daily operations. In addition, Production Associates package/band, weigh, and load/unload material from machines and stage material in a timely and accurate manner.

Required

Skills & Experience
  • Skilled with reading and using a tape measure.
  • Basic math & reading skills.
  • Must be able to handle physical, repetitive work, lifting up to 50 lbs and be on your feet 8 hours per day.
  • Possess good problem‑solving skills and knowledge of safety practices.
  • Possess a high level of personal accountability and attention to detail.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must pass pre‑employment drug test and background check.
  • Must have the flexibility to work off shifts.
  • Dependable transportation is required. Public transportation and/or walking are not suitable options due to safety regulations.
