Under the supervision of the Production Area Lead, the Plastic Trimmer position is accountable for removing flash from injected plastic pieces using hand tools, ensuring quality, and reporting production.

• Remove flash from injected plastic pieces with hand tools.
• Maintain quality of trimmed pieces.
• Show first trimmed piece to supervisor.
• Notify Leader or Manufacturing Manager of any parts with defects or quality issues.
• Visually inspect parts for defects.
• Record production for labor reporting.

All shifts are Monday – Friday.

• 5 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
• 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

$17 /hr.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) from an accredited institution.

• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Minimum of 1‑year experience operating a plastic injection machine.
• General Manufacturing Experience.
• Ability to effectively work and communicate as part of a cell team.
