Howmet Aerospace has an immediate opening for a Wax Finishing Team Lead in our Engines Products - Cleveland Operations Tempcraft facility at 3960 S. Marginal Rd. in Cleveland.
This position is responsible for ensuring the flow of work through a production area and making sure that quality parts are produced on schedule. The role is hands-on on the manufacturing floor, training operators on proper and safe procedures, inspecting parts, and ensuring adherence to defined processes.
