Encompass Marketing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support campaign execution and content development for a variety of clients. This position is open to applicants across the Cleveland area; however, our office is located in Avon, OH, where the hybrid in‑office work takes place. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their marketing skill set in a collaborative agency environment.

• Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns
• Develop content for social media, email, websites, and paid media
• Conduct research on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with data‑driven recommendations
• Support day‑to‑day project coordination and ensure timelines are met

• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Creative problem‑solver with a proactive mindset
• Critical thinking skills specific to analytics
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and balance multiple projects
• Experience in paid and organic social media content
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or Mail Chimp
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Canva
• 3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
